Julia has seen the evolution of an urban neighborhood transform and become the epicenter of art in Miami. Miami has transformed so much over the last decade, especially the boom of Wynwood. "I remember when it was just plain streets and barely used warehouses. Now you are able to walk, dine and entertain at all hours. It was exciting to see the neighborhood evolve, experience the growth and participate in the creativity of the arts brought to the city, including the property with the Wynwood Hollywood sign located on 23rd and North Miami Avenue."
In 2014, Julia decided to take on a new challenge and become a Realtor. Taking advantage of her vast network of contacts, Julia joined The Forkner Group, under the tutelage of Top Producing Realtor, Ty Forkner. Since then, Julia has increased her knowledge of the luxury and commercial real estate markets. With her strong work ethic and love for the environment, Julia hopes to increase awareness of the importance of sustainable living, because after all, waterfront real estate is the most desirable property in Miami and if we don't pay attention to the dangers of polluting the bay and ocean, we could one day find ourselves not having a bay or ocean to enjoy."
